City of St. Paul Park 

1. Call City Hall (651) 459-9785 to schedule the water to be shut off at the irrigation curb stop.
2. A shut-off fee will be applied to the account for this service.
3. Public Works will read the meter and shut the water off at the curb stop.
4. The property owner (association) will be responsible for storing the meter for the winter.

Restoring the water service for the irrigation system

1. Call City Hall (651) 459-9785 to schedule for the water to be turned on at the curb stop.
2. A turn-on fee will be applied to the account for this service.  Note:  any outstanding water bills must be paid in full prior to restoration of service. 

WARNING--Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage to the meter.  The property owner is responsible for any costs associated with the repair or replacement of the meter.
