Utility Bill Senior Discount
Those who are 65 years of age or older may be eligible for reduced water rates. Applications must be made each year during the month of October.
Qualifications:
- Head of household must be 65 years of age or older
- Quarterly usage must not exceed 8,000 gallons
- Discount does not apply to rental property or multiple family dwellings
Discount:
The water portion of your bill will be reduced 50%. If your quarterly water consumption exceeds 8,000 gallons, the discount will not be applied for that billing cycle.
Application Renewal:
If you submitted an application last year, you will need to re-apply. Applications must be made each year during the month of October.
