Medical Amnesty

Minnesota state lawmakers adopted (2013) a measure that would provide immunity to underage drinkers who report a medical emergency, in specified circumstances. 

New laws for teen drivers effective January 1, 2015

Effective January 1, 2015, every driver under the age of 18 who completes behind the wheel instruction and is testing for a provisional driver's license must submit a driving log showing the dates and lengths of driving time for each supervised trip.

Yielding to the right of way

Who has the right of way?  The law give the right of way to no one, but it does state who must yield (give up) the right of way.  Every driver, motorcyclist, moped rider, bicyclist, and pedestrian must do everything possible to avoid a crash.
