Burning leaves and grass is illegal
In accordance with St. Paul Park City ordinance, it is illegal to burn leaves or grass clippings anywhere within the City limits. The burning of leaves often produces excessive and noxious smoke which can be a nuisance to your neighbors and according to the EPA, can be harmful to one's health and the environment. Also, burning leaves can create a significant fire hazard. Do not be tempted to burn the leaves or grass clippings in your yard.
