5.   Adjusting Vehicle Controls

 

In Minnesota from 1999 to 2003, 442 person were killed and more than 45,000 were injured in crashes involving drivers ages 16-18.  During that same time period, 305 teenagers were killed in traffic crashes--74 percent weren't wearing seat belts.
