The project will rehabilitate the Lincoln Water Tower located at 1300 Lincoln Avenue. The rehabilitation includes structural repairs, sandblasting, and repainting both inside and outside the water tower. Construction is anticipated to start May 16th and to be completed by mid August.

Exterior Containment System

A full exterior containment system (a tent-like cover) will be in place during the sandblasting and painting of the exterior surfaces of the water tower to contain the construction dust, spent sand, and paint chips. The sandblasting equipment will generate noise during the working hours of 7 AM - 7 PM. Monday through Saturday.
