City of St. Paul Park 

Street sweeping takes about 4 weeks (weather permitting) to complete all street within the city. 

• Spring (usually in the month of April)
  to remove residual sand resulting from snow and ice maintenance. 
• Fall (usually in the month of September)
  to remove leaves that fall onto the streets. 
  
  

Reminder do not rake, pile, or blow debris, leaves or tree branches into the streets or storm drain.  Raking leaves into the gutter is illegal and a violation of city ordinance.  Residents are encouraged to use the city's compost.
