Surface Water Management Plan

The City of St. Paul Park has prepared this Surface Water Management Plan (SWMP) to provide the City and its residents with direction concerning the administration and implementation of surface water management activities within the community.

The SWMP incorporates or enhances the rules and regulations as established by the South Washington Watershed District.  The city's plan also fulfills requirements of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and the Metropolitan Council. 

The approved plan is also available for review at City Hall during normal business hours.
