City of St. Paul Park 

This park is a nature study area and is designed to be left in its natural state.  If you like to take hikes, snow shoe, cross country ski and see wildlife this park is for you.  Ample parking is located on 13th Avenue.  This park is a combined effort of the City of St. Paul Park and the National Park Service. 

 

Our Parks Department has been working closely with the National Park Service to restore the native plants for this area.  We continually solicit efforts to help remove buckthorn and honeysuckle from this park and educate the residents to the damage these two plants can do. 

Located on the backwaters of the Mississippi River.  From 3rd Street follow 13th Avenue west to the end. 

Directions:
From Highway 61 going South

•  Exit onto Summit Avenue (70th Street) take a right at the top of the ramp onto Summit Avenue.
• At the stop sign--go straight on Summit Avenue
• Take a right onto Pullman Avenue
• Follow Pullman Avenue to 3rd Street
• Take a left on 3rd Street
• Take a right on 13th Avenue.
• 13th Avenue will lead you to the park entrance.  On street parking available only.
