City of St. Paul Park 

Named in honor of Barry J. Sittlow, former City Administrator.  This park is one of our newest parks and is currently under construction.  To date this park has a play structure and swings.  Spring 2012 a shelter will be installed.  Click on the document below for a complete concept of the park.    

Located on east side of First Street between 10th and 11th Avenues. 

Directions:
From Highway 61 going South

•  Exit onto Summit Avenue (70th Street) take a right at the top of the ramp onto Summit Avenue.
• At the stop sign--go straight on Summit Avenue
• Take a right onto Pullman Avenue
• Follow Pullman Avenue to 1st Street
• Take a right on 1st Street
• The park is located on the east side of First Street between 11th Avenue and 10th Avenue.
