City of St. Paul Park 

St. Paul Park is nestled along the banks of the Mississippi River with great scenic views and access to the river. 

River Access:

Lions Levee Park has a wonderful boat launch, picnic area, charcoal grills, a scenic overlook and is handicapped accessible.  Both the parking lot and boat landing is lighted. 

The boat launch is available from 4:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. 

Fishing:

Grab your fishing pole and tackle and head to Lions Levee Park to spend a day of relaxation. Fishing is a great opportunity to spend quality time with your family and friends. 

A great sense of accomplishment comes when a child baits his/her hook and catches that first fish.

Help youth get excited about fishing by passing on your knowledge of fishing.
