The Heritage Park Building is available for family gatherings, meetings, birthday parties, and more.  The Heritage Park Building is available year-round.  For more information or to make a reservation, all City Hall at (651) 459-9785.

Features

The Heritage Park Building is handicapped accessible.  It is heated and air conditioned for your year-round comfort. For larger family gatherings we recommend that you reserve the picnic pavilion as well.  For your convenience, the tables will be set-up banquet style. If you rearrange the tables they MUST be returned to the original set up. The tables that you choose to use are required to have a tablecloth on.

NO Glitter/Confetti is allowed.

Rates

Resident Rate

1/2 day: $70.00 plus tax 

Full day: $140.00 plus tax 

 

Non-Resident Rate 

1/2 day: $120.00 plus tax

Full day: $240.00 plus tax

Key Deposit 

$100.00 (refundable upon key return & facility rental inspection) The damage deposit check must be written separately as we do not cash that check unless you don't pass the rental inspection or damage occurs.

Guidelines

• Smoke and Tobacco Free 
• No alcoholic beverages allowed.
• NO Glitter/Confetti is allowed
• Floors, tables, chairs and room must be cleaned and equipment returned to proper place before leaving. The renter is responsible for any cleaning products and any damage that may occur.
• There will be a clean-up fee assessed of $50/hr. if the facility is not cleaned after use.

Remember to pick up the key(s) the day before your event or on Friday before 4:00 p.m.  (City Hall is not open on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays).
