City of St. Paul Park 

Your group can help inform the citizens of St. Paul Park that the catch basins (storm drains) they see on their streets are not connected to a treatment facility. 

Storm drain stenciling projects offer an excellent opportunity to educate the public about the link between storm drain system and drinking water quality.
