Cigarette and Tobacco
No person shall sell or offer any tobacco, tobacco products, or tobacco-related devices without having applied for and received a license from the City of St. Paul Park.
Cigarette licensing and permitting are regulated by MN state statutes as well as St. Paul Park Code of Ordinances. It is enforced by St. Paul Park city staff and the St. Paul Park Police Department.
