City of St. Paul Park 

A Therapeutic Massage Business License is required for person(s) wishing to operate a therapeutic massage business.  Also a Massage Therapist License is required for any persons practicing, administering, or providing massage services.

Those wishing to operate a massage business in the City of St. Paul Park need to complete the following forms:

• Therapeutic Massage Business License application
• Background Authorization Form

 

Each therapist operating in the City of St. Paul Park must complete the following forms:
