Curbside Recycling Reporting Requirements

The City of St. Paul Park has teamed up with Washington County to streamline the report requirements for curbside recycling.  Beginning in 2015 Washington County Department of Health and Environment will begin collecting annual residential recycling and MSW/trash data on a quarterly basis from haulers providing residential service.  The County has developed one simple, consistent, short form in place of submitting individual recycling tonnage forms to each municipality within Washington County.
