Game Room & Games of Skill
No person shall operate or keep for operation any game of skill without having applied for and received a license from the City of St. Paul Park.
Games of skill include any game, device or equipment played or used by the public generally at a price paid either directly or indirectly for such privilege. Such games are commonly known as, but not limited to, video games, pinball, or darts.
A Game Room License is required for an establishment or premise to operate five (5) or more coin-operated mechanical amusement devises.
