City of St. Paul Park 

Background checks are conducted for:

• each partner, or proprietor
• each officer or director
• each general manager and bar manager
• those who by combined ownership or control has an interested in excess of 5%
• any person(s) holding an option to purchase the business.

 

1. Each person must complete and submit the PART III--PERSONAL HISTORY STATEMENT
2. Include Investigation fee of $500 (or $10,000 for investigations to be conducted outside of the State of Minnesota) with each application
3. Make check payable to:  City of St. Paul Park.
4. Allow at least 30 days for background checks to be completed.
