Discovery Request Form--Complete this form to request discovery information
Permit to Purchase Firearm Application-- To apply for a permit to purchase a firearm please complete the attached application, or stop by City Hall during business hours to pick up an application. Make sure to complete all areas, including the multiple signature lines. You will need a state photo identification. You do have the option to email your completed application form and copy of your ID to jdanberg@pd.stpaulpark.org. Please allow up to ten business days for processing.
Police Report Request Form--Complete this form to request a report from the Police Department
Request for House Watch--When you know you will be out of town complete this form and get it to the City and our officers will check your house while you are gone to ensure everything is still secure.
