The Marlyn DeForth Community Room is handicapped accessible. It is heated and air conditioned for your year-round comfort. This large gathering room with its many windows provides for a lot of natural lighting. The serving counter from the kitchen provides for easy food preparations. The kitchen facility includes refrigerator/freezer, microwave, double sink and lots of cupboards and counter space.
Maximum capacity of 70.
For your convenience, the tables will be set - up banquet style. If you choose to rearrange the tables should be returned to the original set up. Please DO NOT slide the tables across the floor. You are required to use table cloths on the tables that you use.

You are welcome to bring in your own decorations. No tape or adhesives on walls.
NO Glitter/Confetti is allowed.
Guidelines
- Smoke and Tobacco Free
- No alcoholic beverages allowed.
- Floors, tables, chairs and kitchen must be cleaned. The renter is responsible for the cleaning products and any damage that may occur.
- There will be a clean-up fee assessed of $50/hr. if the facility is not cleaned after use.
Remember to pick up the key(s) the day before your event or on Friday before 4:00 p.m. (City Hall is not open on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays).
